How to sleep Easy

Before sleep

  1. Don’t eat food.
  2. Don’t drink coffee or tea or alcohol.
  3. Avoid mental stimulus.

When go to sleep

  1. Wear comfortable clothing.
  2. Choose a place without light and Noise.
  3. Adjust the room temperature.
  4. Free your mind.

If you have sleep problems

  1. Don't worry about sleep and don't think about it.
  2. Take a deep breath.
  3. Think about a quiet and lovely place.
  4. If the important thinks come in your mind note that and let the think about it tomorrow.

Don’t forget for better sleep

  1. We sleep faster in Cooler room than warmer room.
  2. Condense the muscles and drop it for relaxation.
  3. Stretch your muscles before sleep.
  4. Take a warm bath or shower.
  5. Listen to soft music.
  6. Have a sleep schedule.
  7. With select favorite tips create bedtime routine.
