1. Don’t eat Saturated Fat because Lead to increased levels of blood cholesterol.
Include Plant resources such as coconut, palm oils and animal resources such as cream, cheese, butter, red meat.
2. Eat Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated Fat that Lead to lower blood cholesterol levels. These fats are found in Salmon and Tuna fish and nuts.
3. Instead of drinking packaged fruit juice, eat fresh fruit.
4. Stay away from stress.
5. Everyday eat full breakfast, routine lunch and very low dinner.
6. Reduce carbohydrate intake (Pizza, sweets, pasta, bread, chocolate, chips and ...).
7. Gradually reduce your calories (Not suddenly)
8. Go to bed early at night (Go to bed on time) and Get up early morning.
9. Drink 8 glasses of water per day.
10. try to be active at work or home

13. Do aerobic
14. Eat Hot Peppers and Black pepper (Both are natural fat burner).
15. Don’t forget yoga.
16. Drink Green Tea.
