How set my favorite saving format for Microsoft Word 2010 or Microsoft Word 2013?

1- Go to File menu and select options.

2- In word options :
A. Click on Save tab.
B. In Save files in this format tab click on rectangular and select favorite saving format.
C. In default file Location tab click on Browse and select favorite location for default saving path and click ok.
