1.       Download  nircmd from http://nirsoft.net/utils/nircmd.zip  and unzip in c/windows

2.       Right click on desktop and select new\ shortcut

3.       Type the location of the item:  C:\Windows\nircmd.exe cdrom open F

4.       I type the name of CD-ROM drive in my computer its F and may be in your computer name of cdrom is G drive and you must type:    C:\Windows\nircmd.exe cdrom open G

5.       Click next and type desired name of shortcut like eject cdrom or open cdrom.

6.       Now right click on this shortcut and select properties.

7.       In general tab click in shortcut key menu and press your desired key with together. I press Ctrl+shift+E

8.       Click OK and your hotkey is ready.

9.       Now you can open your CD-ROM by press shortcut key or hotkey (Ctrl+Shift+E) or click on shortcut icon (eject cdrom) on your desktop.
